Mix until combined and not very wet looking adding more flour til it starts to form a dough
Then shut off mixer let dough rest 2 minutes.
Mix for 6 minutes.
Place dough in well-oiled bowl and cover with towel to rest 10-20 minutes.
Make balls about 60gram each (slightly larger than a golf ball) and let rise on parchment squares (4x4). Spray with cooking spray and cover with plastic wrap about an hour to hour and half.
Then fry with oil at 360-375 on the parchment paper squares pulling them out with tongs right away about 1.5 mins per side.
Let cool before filling. To make traditional donuts, let the dough rise first 20-30 minutes then put in the fridge to get cold. Once its cold, roll out the dough about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick and cut with 3” cutters. Then let rise.
